Something is helping!!
Ok since I wrote this post, I have continued to attempt to regulate my sleep to falling asleep at 2 and waking at 10:30 and so far its working! (well close, I normally cant fall asleep until later but, its waking up not tired I want) I wake up refreshed (more than I have ever been sleeping 12 hours!!), I plan to keep this for about 2 weeks then reducing another hour (1am to 9:30am)
