Hi all

When I was younger maybe about 7-11 I used to not be able to sleep because I kept on shaking, I didn't shake like an epileptic would. It was like shivering with a slight pause then it would happen again and I was not able to sleep at all. I used to sit at the top of the stairs at my old house feeling like this at night. This only occurred at night when I went to bed. Thought of that occurred last night and made me think about the experiences. I was not cold niether. I don't know how I managed to sleep still after that.

This is an unusual problem. Is it a link to epilepsy which I have now at any time whether it is day or night. My epilepsy are like blackouts (Petimal/Partial fits) and yes I do drop things in a fit.

Do you know what this is?. So I can help others in the family if they suffer the same.
