Sometimes I'll feel like it's really fast too but when I check it it will be in the 80 or 90's and that's not that bad. 90's are a little high but nothing to worry about since it can go to 100 without being considered tachycardia.
You may be having the same problem as me. Your heart rate is slower, maybe 50's, 60's then it goes up to 80 or 90 and you notice it even though it's not considered fast. In the morning I feel that way. I'm not sure how fast it really is but it doesn't feel overly fast, maybe less than 100 which isn't bad, it's annoying.
My DR did an EKG, Echo, holtor monitor, thyroid and sugar test and a deficiency test and I also had a chest x-ray prior to this. They can also do stress EKG and stress Echo as well as something called a tilt table test. That's if your pulse is dropping too much and you're fainting, passing, getting dizzy.
Have you tested or been able to test your pulse when you get tired like this to see what it is? I never had that problem thankfully. When it wasn't racing it stayed at about 80 maybe 70 and never went any lower than that. MOstly it stayed faster, in the high 70's and 80's but normal.
Do oyu actually pass out or do you just like you are?
When I complained about my heart racing in the morning{while I'm still in bed} my DR said he'd be more worried if it slowed down rather than speeding up on lying down.
You definitely should seek out a DR, for the peace of mind if nothing else. Even if you don't think you're worrying, you are. Everyone does.
If I hadn't went it would have gotten alot worse. And even when I was in the DR's office waiting to see what the tests said and before that my pulse was high mostly out of worry and when I left the Dr's office and assured I wasn't going to die from it my pulse went down.
