No. If the home medical equipment company had set up your ADAM circuit properly in the first place, they would have provided a clear plastic flextube, 45 degree angle hose coupling, and at least one swivel to prevent the hose from kinking when you change positions. The ADAM circuit clear plastic flextube would be the companion part as seen with the Breeze unit, although the inside diameter would be somewhat larger. The smaller diameter clear hose/flextube on the Breeze unit supplies plenty of airflow for your needs. As an experiment, remove the nasal pillows from your Breeze unit with the machine on. Notice the high volume of air flowing through it? The actual areas of airflow constriction are the openings within the nasal pillows and of course, they are the identical part used with the ADAM circuit. So there is no difference in "airflow delivery" between the two devices.
