Hello. It just sounds like your daughter is a sleepwalker/talker. I don't think there's anything to worry about just yet. Most sleepwalkers are children but the good news is that they usually grow out of it when they hit puberty.
I was a sleepwalker once myself too. I scared my parents quite a few times when I was a kid and they never connected it as sleepwalking until my teenage years. My last sleepwalking incident was when I was 15 and it was minor. When I was 13 however, I put on my slippers, went outside in the middle of the night and walked two blocks to my best friend's house. There, I pounded on their door for 5 minutes, thinking "I hope they let me sleep here." Then something scared me and I ran back home and got back into bed. Scary stuff. My sleepwalking incidents were kind of weird because I always remembered every detail of what I did, but it was like I wasn't controlling my body. Most sleepwalkers forget the incident.
I would recommend putting bells on the door and making sure her room is clean and free of obstacles she could trip on or hurt herself on. Also, its a good idea if she is on the first floor if you have a two story house. Do a search on the internet and you can find some good sites. Good luck.
