Arrow gravol for getting to sleep

I have a terrible time getting to sleep. My mind works over time. I have been taking GRAVOL ( anti-nausea) for getting to sleep for 6 months now. Does anyone know if this can cause any problems. I am a factory worker and a lot of us take it. A nurse told me that is what they take to sleep good. Any answers.

Thumbs down

you should not be taking anything to help you go to sleep unless you see a doctor. i am surprized a nurse would give you such advice. otc drugs are meant for short term use. the longer you take it the more you would need for it to work which could lead to overdose or addiction. i know factory work with or without rotating shifts can be tuff. see a sleep doctor before you take any more otc drugs!! otc (over the counter)
