Unhappy Apnea - Stiff Neck

I've been using my nasalaire for over a month now, and am only beginning to sleep almost through the night with it. My problem now is that since I pretty much sleep on my back without rolling with it on (when I roll it wakes me up), I wake up with a horribly stiff neck all the time.

Any suggestions on this?
