Lexapro and Trazadone- best time and dosage - Sleep Disorders Message Board

Anyone taking both Lexapro and Trazadone? I'm taking Lexapro for OCD and Trazadone for sleep, but I still haven't worked out when the best time to take Lexapro is (i.e. first thing in morning, right before bed?) and what the ideal dosage of the Trazadone for sleep would be (I've tried from 25 mg to 100 mg with varying success.)
Any input would be appreciated.

Well, I take Celexa and Trazadone for similar reasons.
You should take the Lexapro in the morning and the Trazadone at bed time. I actually find that Trazadone works best if I take it 2 hours before I want to sleep.
