 Can't sleep, heart symptoms?
It's weird. This happens every single night. As soon as I try sleeping..or right when I'm drifting off, I feel like I'm fainting. Or my heart will race and it'll feel like I'm dying. Therefore I sit up and take deep breaths, then stay up the rest of the night and sleep in the day, or try to. Even when I'm extremely tired, I just can't seem to get through it. It scares me a lot. Does anyone know what this is, or what I should take to help me sleep. Sometimes I try Sinutab..the drowsy kind and it's helped somewhat but not enough. Thanks for any help.
