Post PILLS
Hey Guys,
I was just wondering if it is a bad idea to take sleeping pills for a long period of time. I have been taking sleeping pills I take extra strenght sleep-ez and its come to the point where I cant sleep without them. Well I was just wondering if there is something wrong with me ?

Your body is probely getting use to having that pill everynight. It can make it harder to go to sleep without it.
