Awesome Dave - you've done a great thing by setting your quit date and preparing yourself. I'm not worried about you - I know you can do it and I really think the patches will make you life easier with your other situation.
Don't forget to make a list NOW on all the reasons you feel so strongly for quitting and put them up around your house, in your car, at work, etc... and keep one in your pocket. Plus - putting up nasty pictures with half a jaw showing will always ensure success right.
Also your new habits (i.e., if you get stressed and before you'd dip - now you'll either pace around or pull on your lip LOL that's what I do now HA HA) - plan for your new habits and make them healthy ones. Don't wait until the stressful time goes to figure it out - give yourself plenty of options/suggestions now.
