Good morning guys & gals. Well, it's day #4 of my anti-tobacco campaign and I'm still very confident that this habit will be defeated. Yesterday afternoon/night was the worst of the cravings thus far. But even at that, it really wasn't all that bad and was very manageable. I was just irratible and sleepy.
Today has started off real good and I'm hoping and praying that yesterday was the worst day and now I'm coming down the backside of the "craving-curve." Is day #3 (or thereabouts) typically at the peak of this curve when quitting using patches?

Good job! I had trouble the first two weeks, but being female, I also had a PMS episode, so I'm not sure which was causing the problem! Either way, it gets better and better with each passing day.
It does get better Dave, each day! Hang in there and you soon will be telling other newbies the same thing!! You are doing great...and sleep all you can, it's good for you right now!
Today is day 3 for me!. Last night was ruff today was pretty good, kept busy and out of trouble . The Crave Curve? hummm I like that!! I am hoping tommorow (day 4 for me) I will notice them lessening. I definatlety have noticed how things smell different! and am lovin it!
