Look, I'm sorry but I relapsed big time ... I felt a lot of emotional stress (I know it's a bad excuse) and I'm trying to get myself back together before I quit again. I'm planning to quit in around 6 weeks time - I'll be back then.

Hope you and Laurie are doing well.

Hey Deda,
I'm in the same boat as Invinc.. I'm still smoking, but I'm shooting for the spring to try and quit again.. not sure I'll make it then, but I will keep trying until I get it... hope everything is going good with you and the rest of the people on here.. glad to see some one maken it as a non-smoker.. even thou I'm smoking again I still come to the board to lurk, helps me some with not smoking as much.. since I have started back I'm not smoking them like I use to I might smoke 6 cigs a day.. which is good compaired to smoking a pack a day .. anyhoo I'm outta here, will post from time to time ..
