Cool Smoke Free for 22 Days

I stopped smoking 22 days ago using the nicotrol patches. I take st john wort and echinacea to help with the withdrawls.

Re: Smoke Free for 22 Days

Patches are great!!! I don't think that I could have done it without them.

I am a little afraid to go off of them. I was going to buy the smoke away to get all of the nicotine out of my system after I go off of them.

Re: Smoke Free for 22 Days

Otis - hey - at least your not smoking so you do whatever it is that works or feels right for you. It's great to have a plan in place but always make sure you do things in order. Get your mind ready for the downgrade in patches, etc... or are you comfortable with what the patches suggest?

Bottom line - at least your not smoking and that's the very important thing.

Congrats again Otis!

Laurie
