I know it a very hard thing to do, but please don't give up, just try again, and again if you have to. They say it takes most people an average of 8 attempts before they finally become smoke free. Yet I've heard of many people getting it right the first or second time. If your will to quit is strong, then you can do it!

I had quit at least 10 times, 2 times I went a full year, always to go back to it. Now tomorrow will be my one year anniversary, and this time I know it's for good. I feel stronger about it mentally this time, and I worked harder on this quit than I had all of the other times. I loved smoking too, thought I couldn't live without it! I was wrong, as I'm doing great today, rarely want one, changed my life style to that of seeking better heath all around. I now exercise daily, eat healthy foods, find time everyday for relaxation, etc. I needed to change other things around in my life to get to this point, but it was all so worth it. And you can do it too!
Please don't think you are a failure! You've just done the same as many of us have done. You're only a failure if you give up and don't try again!
Read a lot of the posts here by people who have succeeded in quitting. Make a plan, a date to quit, do you want to try cold turkey, or a nicotene replacement aid? Get the support you need from a list like this, or a class in your community. Just do it! ('Cos I know you can!)

Good luck!
