HI DEDA AND EVERYONE

Yes, it's been an entire year already - I quit a year ago today - the night before the Great American Smokeout

I still have 10lbs. to lose but I'm much more toned - I do kickboxing 3 times per week and haven't yet started on the "eating healthy" thing yet - that's my next hump.

Anyway - I smoked for 15 yrs. a pack (some days more) a day like clockwork so it is definitely doable. Just make a plan, set a quit date and just say NO to it - stick to your guns.

Hey laurie!!!

I was so hoping that you'd swing by here on your 1st! So good to hear from you. Yep girl, we made it, didn't we? I'll have 13 months in a few days, and I'm doing great! I LOVE being smoke free, and hardly ever have a crave anymore. In fact, when I'm around it, I hate it! My hubby is going on 2 years smokeless this March.

I've gained around 10 lbs too, and then it stopped. Not worried about it tho, I'll lose it I'm sure. I walk around 3 miles a day now, and eat very healthy, (most of the time).

Wow, I just got on here, and your message just popped up, must be ESP or something!

Hey kid, are you still living in Charlotte? My daughter is still over there. Was supposed to go visit them for Thankgiving, but her hubby had a death in the family, (his dad) and they had to fly out here to San Diego.

Yeah... send your friends over here! The more quitters the better!

I still like this one the best, less traffic than the other ones.
I looked you up on that other website today, to see if you posted for your anniversary. Guess ya didn't, but i got to read your profile...very nice BTW.
