please need info on zyban - Smoking Cessation Message Board

ok i need some info on zyban. how many of you were on it. is it effective? is it an atidepressant?
i want to stop smoking but i will admit i am scared i have been smoking for 10 years now. i have tried before cold turkey, with the patch but it hasnt worked.
would this help me. thank u

I have not used it as I am a nonsmoker, but I know a few people that have quit using Zyban.

The most remarkable case I know is a co-worker of mine who smoked for 30 years and was up to three packs a day. He went to the doctor and quit cold turkey that day. He only used Zyban for a month and doesn't have cravings. He hasn't smoked in 14 months!
