Where to wear patch?

Does anyone know where on your body you can wear the patch and where you can't. The pictures and ads always show the upper arm but then they tell you to keep changing the location. I'm tiny and am quickly running out if rotational sites. I would like to use my stomach or legs?

Re: Where to wear patch?

Hi,
I have been on the patch for 4 days and I keep on switching from right arm to left arm. I have had no problems at all with side effects.
I hope this helps.

Re: Where to wear patch?

I agree....if you're concerned about it then apply to the high point of each arm, then do the same with the lower part (right before the elbow). Then repeat. It didn't cause any problems when I used them a long time ago. I preferred to stay with the arms because it was easier.
