it's been almost 2 weeks now without a cig, i can't believe how easy it's gotten, there is still times i think about smoking, not crave smoking but i think about it, like after meals, but its gotten so much better, i feel great, i am worried that i am going to gain weight though, not so much through over eating but i am paranoid my metabolizim has slowed down and i will gain a great deal of weight, does that happen alot???
