Well I have made it 93 days. I am off of the NRT totally for about 2 weeks now.
Things Ive noticed:
I can breath deeper
I am saving money like a mad man. Those trips to the convenience store for cigs usually led to a coke or something else making the trip 8bucks a day min.
I hated the way cigarettes made my clothes smell BUT boy do I love the smell of a smoker when they walk past lol
My sinus problems have increased for some reason. Maybe its my body detoxing from years of abuse.
Stomach problems and bleeding gums have gone away. I guess that was a withdrawal symptom.
no weight gain so far. I tackled my poor eating habits over the last year I think that helped.

Yes, there are SO MANY rewards/gains from quitting smoking. I had to laugh, ...you are so right about saving money...I know what ya mean about going to the store and picking up something else,... a coke, a coffee, a lotto ticket! Now I only HAVE to go to a convienince store to buy gas!! But I am still trying to win the LOTTO!

YOU ARE ALMOST AT 100!!! I am so excited for you!!! I remember some of the withdrawal symptoms I had too. You know I developed another illness that required other testing as well. This might interest some people. I had the same nasal infections and stuff for a short wile. Turns out that for all the years I was smoking them things I was allergic to them! My body and nasals were always swollen and just plain used to running around 24/7 in a full-blown allergy attack! How sick is that? I didn’t notice anything until I quit too. The reason being was that it was finally getting noticeably better from quitting and I had bad days wile it was still clearing out the poison.
