rocklady54....You are not just playing with fire, girl, you've already JUMPED into it!! And you're making little excuses, "I'm tense", etc...but the truth is, you are
already craving them!! (Or you wouldn't even be smoking!) Don't let them fool ya, it's very insidious. I quit 23 months ago, after smoking for 30+ years, chain smoker like you were too. I had a relapse after about 5 months, and smoked off and on for a few weeks. Finally I came to the truth, I was going right back to where I started, and I wanted to stop it right then. So I
DID--got back on my patch and haven't smoked since. I now don't miss it at all, I really don't, and I hate the very thought of smoking again!

Nope...not gonna happen ever again. I'm too damn happy where I'm at right now--SMOKE FREE!!!

As far as going to casinos, I can now go without a twinge of a craving. In fact, I'm leaving for NV in a few days, and will be staying at a casino/hotel, drinking my plain tonic water and chewing a few pieces of nic gum. What a square I've become....I LOVEEEEEEE IT!!!
Please stop now, slap your patch back on girlfriend, before it's too late. You'll really regret it later if you don't!
Good luck!!!
