Hi Starrynight3333! Glad your here and thank goodness your meds are working. You'll know when your ready....usually after you've "cried wolf" so many times, ie. "this is my last pack" or "I'm quitting on the ___th!"
I've had soooo many "last packs" that frankly no one believed me when I said I was going to quit this time. My daughter would say "is this your last pack or your last last pack or your last last last pack." Saucy little one, eh? Not that I blame any of them....I was tired of listening to myself too!
There will be absolutely no doubt in your mind and you
will be determined to do it.
