You can't have it in your head that the withdrawals are going to do you in. You have to tell yourself that "I'll be
damned if I'm going to let these withdrawals beat me!!!" Without faith in yourself, you won't succeed. Focus on one hour at a time. Don't even think about how hard it'll be next week. Deal with that when you reach it. Your goal is to get through the day. The pride that you feel in yourself with each day smoke-free is amazing.

I don't know you, but I just *know* you have the strength to do this!
