In my quest to help ease my cravings and anxiety I spoke with my pharmacist and believe it or not she recommended a candy called root beer barrels and low and behold they are helping. I bought then at CVS and they are CVS brand candy give em a try everyone they rock

That is really something!! But GREAT!! I think that you must have also had a very strong determination to quit first, as even patches or other NRT doesn't work unless you have that strong will to quit...first and foremost.

Good for you, Liamsmom....we all have bad days, no matter who we are. We can live without the smokes. Hope you're still keeping your quit...never give up!
