| Re: Two weeks and feeling bad

I'm also just 3 weeks into my quitting. I started working out from day 1. I was actually paranoid about weight gain, but it has had a dramatic impact on how I feel everyday too. It makes me feel healthier which inspires me to continue to quit.
My problem is when I go out. I'm 28, and a large portion of my social life revolves around bars when I see my friends. That's the time I miss it the most. I definitely mourn the loss of cigarettes. Basically, we all have to redefine ourselves as non-smokers.
