I have an aunt that quit 30+ years ago and sometimes, out of nowhere, she'll have a sudden craving for one. I don't think we ever
completely stop wanting one, but I promise you that the cravings become less and less with time and less and less powerful. I've been quit for almost 15 months and while I don't think about them very much for the most part, there are times when a craving for one will really hit me! I just find something to do with my hands and mouth (get your minds out of the gutter! LOL) and it always passes. You're definitely on the right track with snacking healthy (that's what I did). Also try drinking water when you have that overwhelming urge. The reason I suggest that is that you're putting something good into your body (water) in place of something bad (smoking). It works for me. Anyway, congratulaions on 3 weeks! Keep it up!
