I did not take Wellbutrin for smoking cessation but was on it previously for some anxiety/stress related issues. It made me very jittery and increased my anxiety. One symptom of anxiety is chest pain and chest tightness can also be a symptom of smoking withdrawal. So I think your chest pain can probably be explained by these factors - but when it comes to your heart - you should always consult your doctor.
