Congrats on going 10 days, you should be proud! I was a smoker for about 10 years, had a few (half hearted) attempts at giving up, but last Feb just decided I'd had enough, couldn't even stand the smell of 'em anyway! So went cold turkey and I'm still smoke free today! *does a liddle dance*

As you go on the cravings will lessen. Have you tried taking your mind off ciggies by using a stress ball, twiddling with a pen etc? I found that herbal relaxants helped too....keep up the good work!
