Thanks Deda, I do like this board and like coming here to cheer people on because if I can quit smoking, anyone can. My family gave up trying to get me to quit smoking, they figured I was a lost cause.

There are a bunch of great new cheerleaders on here right now, Grehound > 1 year, Memaw who had 6 months yesterday, she actually takes up 3rd shift here since I see her posting at times like 3am, YIKES!

I think the reason this board has become soooooo busy is because of the Chantix. So many people are looking for answers on the effects and the effectiveness of this drug. Since I could not find anyone to help me when I was taking it, I decided to help those that are currently taking it or thinking about taking it. Even my pharmacist could not help me. I was the first one that had brought in a prescription. She asked me to keep HER informed as to how I reacted to it!! All she had was the literature that the drug company supplied.

Thank you for your kind words about me. They mean a lot to me.

I'm so glad you found this board because you are truly an angel

You definitely are a wealth of information----there is no better place to learn the nitty gritties of Chantix. Pfizer should just have a link here--their site is horrible and down 1/2 the time.

Anyway, everyone here is wonderful but you are the cream of the crop!!
