You go girl!! Even when faced with a stressful situation, you had the willpower. So what you didn't eat well or exercise, at least you realize that now, and are gonna do something about it. Today is a brand new day! I got up super early (cuz I couldn't sleep)

and rode my exercise bike, got ready for work, and made it 15 mins early today (instead of my usual 10 mins late). I'm in a very good mood too!! I brought carrot sticks, yogurt a banana and I'm having a salad for lunch. Oh yeah, and I splurged on a cappucino this morning

as a treat for me!!
