I don't see Chantix on Pfizer Canada's website but maybe a call to them could answer that question.
Chantix does not contain nicotine so it doesn't stop the cravings but because it blocks receptors in your brain, by the end of week 1 (you smoke during week 1) smoking has lost a lot of its appeal; then you 'quit' and because Chantix also produces some of the same effects as nicotine the cravings are much easier to handle. I've been quite for 3+ weeks, after unsuccessful attemps at pretty much any other cessation method you can think of! Good luck!
