Have you heard anything from the doctor about you ex-rays?
I feel if they would have found something, they would have contacted you by now. Try to keep positive attitude.
They told me that on Friday. They also told me that they would call with the results on Monday (yesterday), they didn't... someone must have lost them... I'll call later today when I get up... Thanks for asking.
I can't sleep. (nothing to do with the x-rays)

Thanks Skimmer!! Maybe I'll go to the beach tomorrow... you know, I'm on leave from work and I can't show up Sunday (meeting my co-workers in Las Vegas) with a tan!! I already have a racoon tan on my face from walking with sunglasses on.

And since I have to go to Las Vegas next week, I think I'll take $100 to waste in the casinos instead of my usual $20. That will be my 10 month gift!
I really hate this breathlessness, it's back now for about the last 1/2 hour. My doctor said maybe it would go away when I got good x-ray results. Obviously that didn't happen. So is it back because I got good results? Maybe I am reacting to the anti-depressant Cymbalta. Maybe I just don't want to go back to work on Monday. It sucks to be me right now, LOL.

I'm very happy the results turned out okay!! But that doctor's office sure did put you through it before they told you that!!!!
If I were you, I'd take $50 and go buy something and then take the other $50 and spend in the slots!! That way if you lose at the casino, you've still got something to show for your 10 month quit!! Am I being too practical?

Well.....you bought a Coach handbag last month. Do you have a Coach wallet? Or with warm weather here, you could get ya some new summer clothes or shoes! SHOES!! Yeah, that's what you need to get! I don't care what my husband says, you just can't have too many shoes!!
Yep, I have a Coach wallet. Shoes, yes!!! I just printed a coupon for $10 off a pair of shoes at Macy's. And I do like a few pairs there (I was shopping on Sunday ).
Well the x-ray did find something, I just found out today. It found that I have osteoarthritis of my spine. I guess it's good I asked for this test since I might not have know about this other condition.

What is your doctor recommending for this? I have a neighbor who has this. She does the water therapy at the YMCA. She says it has helped her a lot.

I know your feeling. I was having pains on my side. Intense pain. So i had an ultrasound done and found out at 32 that i only had ONE KIDNEY. It took me a few days to get over this, but i realized, i was able to have 2 kids, but i shouldnt have, had i known before, and am a pretty healthy person.
But now i gotta watch my Blood Pressure b/c of the one kidney I am more prone to natural high bp. That was my factor in quitting smoking.

Well I haven't seen my GP about this yet, and it wasn't the doc's office that "lost" the results, it was the hospital... instead of sending the results to my GP, the hospital sent the results to a therapist I'm going to... the one that asked for some other blood tests that I had done the same day as the x-ray. So the GP didn't get the results and the therapist's office didn't know why they got x-ray results for me. At least now I know what happened.
