You are almost through Hell Week!! It will get easier and easier the longer you don't smoke. I'm so glad you decided to quit again. You can do this!!

When you feel the urge to smoke try one of these suggestions:
chew gum, go for a walk, exercise, call a friend, leave the situation, Take a deep breath, think of how much progress you have made so far, tell yourself "I can do it."
