I am One Month Quit
One month of not smoking, not coughing, not inhaling all of those chemicals, one month of regaining control of my life, and most important, one month of support from a group of people I have never met. You are my daily inspiration, and I can't believe I am still quit. Congratulations ME!

I am also at one month (well one month and one day)!! WTG Me!! Went shopping and bought a couple outfits, shoes and got a pedicure. It was well worth the wait!!
And in two weeks getting my hair done
I am soooooooo glad I quit smoking. I would have to TOTALLY agree with what you said Tampa, I don't miss them a bit!!

Hey! What about me! Today is my one month quit anniversary too!!
Way to go Tampaquit - I'm so proud of you (and me too). I feel great too!! And it was so damned easy!! Why didn't we do this years ago?? Oh, that's right, Chantix wasn't around then....well, I tell ya, it's a wonder drug fer sher.....I'm so glad we all did this together!!
Congrats to all those celebrating, which is everyone, because we are all non-smokers now!! WOO HOO!!
And to those of us in Florida, (which is alot of us)
, here's to a beautiful smoke-free beach weekend.
