Thanks Meemaw but chocolate is how I got into to the chubby condition I find myself these days. When I first quit I used candies to suck on than I graduated to chocolate to help the emotional side who knew I needed so much help!!!!!
I lost 67 lbs sucessfully on a diet plan that you see on tv (don't wanna get in trouble for mentioning it and be banned by the board police) I just did it in the wrong way I should've quit first than diet today is day 3 and so far so good but it's basically measuring out food portions and having five smaller meals a day instead of three big ones. Instead of chocolate I've been muching carrot stix and fruit. You can do it too. I WILL BE AT LEAST 25-35 LBS LIGHTER BY AUGUST.
