12 hours IS an accomplishemt...the 1st 24-48 are always the hardest!! So look at it this way - you are either 1/2 or 1/4 of the way past the critical point. Come on back anytime, this board is a Godsend!!
Mom, come back as often as you need to.... whenever you get a craving, get online insead!! We all understand! And so what if you eat part of that cookie, it's better than lighting up. Good luck. Hope to see you here. Kick that Nicodemon in the butt!!!

Just take it one minute at a time, don't think about an entire day. Stay busy, eat fruit, drink LOTS of water and remember with each passing minute the nicotine and other chemicals are leaving your body.
