Talking Two Weeks smoke free YIPEEEEE

Hi Everyone

It's coming up to my 2 week milestone at midnight tonight (UK Time). I can't believe I've got 2 weeks under my belt already. I have to admit the 1st week dragged and I was thinking about ciggies every minute of the day, I thought it would never stop :-(. 2nd week has been abit easier whereas I can concentrate better, cravings are coming far and fewer between and I seem to handle them abit better aswell and this is all thanks to all your support, I think if I didn't have this message board for the encouragement I would of caved in by now.

Keep you posted

Evonne

Evonne, Congratulations on two weeks!!! I'm not sure if it's midnight there yet, it's 5:30 eastern time here. The 3rd week will be easier and the 3rd month even easier after that! Keep coming back! What a great achievement!
