I have read a few posting on bloating. Did not think much about it until I see it happening to me. What are people doing about this. I know it can't be weight gain because I go to the gym everynight for about two hours.
I bloated and retained water. I just blew up..felt like I could pop. Just keep doing what your doing your body needs to adjust. It took me about 3 months for my body to stop bloating.
I stuffed my body with toxins for years...what did I expect!! Hang in there!!

You could take a water pill or something natural. I have a perscription water pill for PMS days. But I have heard lemon juice works also. Just put some in your water or tea???
