Today I am starting my fifth week of not smoking, but just have to tell you all one of the best things that happened to me was yesterday went to a party, had a few beers and woke up with NO NICOTINE HEADACHE what a great feeling. I know this may sound silly but I just needed to SHOUT.........Thanks for listening.
Now, do you mean a headache from the withdrawals of no nicotine, or do you mean when you were a smoker, you'd wake up with a nicotine headache?
Not for nothing, only a week into my quit -- and I'm thrilled for your loss of headache -- what struck me the most with your post was the fact you went to a party, had some beers and didn't smoke! So good for you
Gives me inspiration for what hopefully is around the corner
Most of the time I smoked is when I drank, one right after another and the next morning I would have a terrible headache, so I'm sure it was that not withdrawals, it was something I wast putting up with. I think the majority of my smoking was habit. I would light up have one puff and toss it (what a waste of money huh?). For the most part I think it is going well for me but I try to think positively by I know I have a ways to go. Best of luck to you.
