Good Morning All, They say to find your triggers and I have just found mine. BOREDOM........ I have been driving myself crazy for the last hour, Why it would be ok to have one and why it is not ok to have one. It has been 30 days for me and I think the why not's are winning, but I have to say this is one hard day.
Just try to keep busy somehow. Cleaning, go for a walk ect. Plus, remind yourself of why you wanted to quit. You can do it!!!!!! Take some long, deep breaths. We're all going to have these bad days to go through whether we smoke or not, so we might as well not smoke. Less to feel guilty or bad about.
