Tomorrow will be 10 months for me. I wish I could say I had been nicotine free all that time but I had such bad cravings at the beginning of this month along with anxiety that I went back on the patch. At least I didn't start smoking again like last year. I have only smoked 2 months out of the last 17 months. I plan to stay off the cigarettes. Now to get off the nicotine. God bless

I have quit for 3 months as far as smoking.. But still taking commit lonzenges. Don't know if I will ever go off from them.. I just don't want to smoke again.. and You are doing AAAAAAAA+++++++++++ I would love to have your support along the way and everyone that feels like it. Thanks for you inquiry it gives me HOPE!!!! God bless you too.
Congratulations - You're doing great. I've only made it 8 days but it seems the hardest part of quitting is the mental stress of it. You could have easily lit a cig but you didn't. You should be proud of yourself for that. I hope I can make it as long as you have.
We are all doing great. I also used hypnosis which helped with the mental battle. Use what you need to as long as you need to. We will beat this. God bless
