You will continue to get urges to smoke no matter what product you use. At that amount and short length of time I would stop cold turkey. Maybe a hynosis cd might help. You might find one at your bookstore. You could use the gum or the patch. No matter how you do it you will have withdrawal. Just keep yourself busy. Chew sugarless gum or candy. If you have a cigarette with coffee, drink tea. Just stop smoking. Godbless
I agree with Marian. Just go cold turkey. I smoked for 30 years and tried everything to quit....everything, The only thing that worked was cold turkey.
Drink lots of water, exersize. The urges to smoke come & go but will go away within a few minutes. When it comes back, just wait it out. Try not to focus on it.
