I feel like I am saying this constantly but I am going to try again.I have set a date for next weekend and this week I am going to try with cutting back and allow my self no more then 2 a day. I have just done a total body detox and it has helped with the craving.I am making drastic changes in the way I eat and what I put in my body. Does anyone have any natural remedies to help.I hope this time I can make it stick.
If at first you don't succeed, try try again. We will all be here for you when you are ready. Not feeling ready is always a hard part of quitting something. Trust me you will live through your quit I mean that literally!!! Let us know.
I have also set a quit date for 2 weeks from now, this will also be my second and final attempt to stay quit. I quit over 2 months ago for 3 months than stupid me started back up again, I am also going to slow down on smoking with taking commit. I also have high cholesterol I am working on reducing and smoking doesnt help that at all. it is time to get heart healthy. wish me luck.
