How do you figure how much quit time you have?

Hi! I'm not sure how to figure this, but I notice that other quitters are quit for a certain amount of time that figures out to be for example: 45 days=3days 12 hours 22 minutes, etc. Is there a chart online or does anyone know how to do this? Thanks so much! Hopeto--

I wonder if counting and figuring things out is all that good for your success.
I was done finally early in December, a year and a half ago but I failed all the times I kept records. I did not want to be obsessed with smoking and couldn't be obsessed about details of quitting either.
good luck- you won't die of Not Smoking!

Re: How do you figure how much quit time you have?

Hi all! To Dee, Simple, and BevAnn--I think you've got something there. Right now I've not been a happy camper and it's probably the start of Seasonal Affective Depression and I'm so tempted to go back to smoking--and this with gall bladder surgery next week! I don't need to encomber my mind with anything else. To the Moderator--I humbly apologize as the Internet rule completely slipped what is left of my mind. I beg pardon. Thanks and take care--Hopeto--
