Hey! Day 3 off cigarettes wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm taking Chantix and it really does take the edge off the quit. I keep very busy and try not to stay home for too long or I'll think about smoking too much. I keep thinking about why I want to be a non-smoker and that helps. It's no fun having to hide your smoking from your friends and family. Not one of my friends smoke, so now I'll be one of the gang. This board really works as a support system. Thanks!
