well it's the 8th day on the zyban so im supposed to quit 2day was hopin the smokes would start tastin bad by now but they're not i guess i just have to do it regardless it's gonna be real hard cause im stressin about this surgery still im in a real depressed state don't feel like doin anything. i am not buyin smokes so i will not be able to have one if i have the urge i have to do it this time no more excuses

well had an excuse to cave rang the doc told him it wasn't workin he said cause i have so much stress at the moment and am severly depressed over havin to have surgery the tablet will take a bit longer to set in am quittin on Mon. Can't have any excuses then cause i will be in hospital and not able to smoke
