Jamaica Mistaka
Well - I was doing so well for one month until I went to Jamaica. Needlesstosay, it's hard to drink rum drinks and not smoke!! So I am back to square one. Yesterday was my first day (again) without ANY cigs -- it feels great, except for the stomach upset and physcho dreams!!

Any suggestions or support?

you can do it if you put your mind to it!!!

wish I could say I just got back from Jamaica!!!
