constant need to yawn after quitting smoking
Hi to all,
I quit smoking approx. 3 months ago after having smoked for 35 years. After seeing some disagreeable footage on tv about throat cancer and realising the hole it would leave in my partners life and my two lovely daughters if i was to die. However everthing was going ok (apart from withdrawel symptoms) until i started to have problems with "catching" my yawn, it started to be once in a while but now it seems to be nearly every day, it is very frustrating. I seem to need to breathe almost from my diaphramgh and to really take deep breaths and even the sometimes miss it. Anyone found out what causes it ?
