Yup, that is a part of quitting and detoxing your body. Just hang in there is does get better. Do not let your mind think you need a smoke to "wake you up".
Trust me your mind and body will try to trick you this next month or so. Just say to yourself "I will not smoke right now", take it day by day and minute by minute. If you need to visit your Dr get some help from him. My Dr was my BF for the first 6 months...he helped me so much.
