hi all I am just back from the hospital with my 4 year old Son we had to see a surgen, this is day 3 of my quit and very pleased I did not smoke I did have a patch on and an inhaler can you over load with both hope you all have a smoke free day Ray

Don't drink coffee or coke, try to stay away from the drinks you used to have with smoke but drink lots of water.

Good luck, I am on my 7th day ... still going on, it's damn hard but for the sake of my record I swear I won't start smoking today.

Do you cough ? I am coughing like an 80 yrs old.

hi just read your post i am also coughing all the time i hope it does not last to long its funny i never had a smokers cough till i quit

Same here and is quite scary caugh - 4me it's one of the reasons not to start again. It's funny how I am trying to motivate myself, best would be to visit a lung cancer hospital.
You know Sharon, right now the main reason I keep on is for the sake of the days I haven't smoke. Problem is in my brain!

Which day did you say are you at ?
